Smart Pro Management (“we”, “us”) is a property management company located at 2526 Speers Rd, Unit 14, Oakville, ON L6L 5M2. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website and our services, in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
2. Information we collect
This website does not use a contact form or advertising cookies. We collect personal information only when you choose to contact us by email or phone — for example your name, contact details and information about your property — and, for clients, the information needed to manage their property.
Analytics. This website uses Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to understand how visitors use it — for example which pages are viewed, for how long, and roughly from which city or region. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives technical information such as your browser type, device and an approximate location derived from your IP address; it does not tell us who you are. This information may be processed by Google outside Canada. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
3. How we use it
We use personal information to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver our property management services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only when it is needed to deliver our services — for example with contractors or suppliers working on a property, or with professional advisers — or when the law requires it. Anyone we share it with is expected to protect it.
5. Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable physical, organizational and technical safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, subject to legal and contractual limits.
